The Know Thyself Nutritional Program originated in 2007.  Over 150 participants have completed the Program, witnessing amazing results and inspiring new lifestyles and healthy habits.  Debra and Star are, in turn, inspired and honored by the participants.  New input is regularly incorporated into the Program.

Debra - as a registered landscape architect, has been understanding plants and their connection nutritionally and medically for over 17 years  

Star - has spent over 20 years of working with groups on motivational strategies

Star and Debra - have individually and collectively experienced and researched a wide variety of eating models and alternative health modalities over several decades
