Every body is different.
The 6-week Know Thyself Nutritional Program teaches you how to identify and eliminate the foods that adversely affect your body. At the same time you will learn what foods work best for you, giving you the vibrant health you need to lead a happy, useful, and productive life.
Every Know Thyself group dynamic is unique and great. Recently Will Bostock (owner of BLue) and others from and associated with BLue, A Hair Studio, formed a group.
